-Unplug Technology: They unplug for a few hours. Truly successful people do anything but work right before bed, especially on Sunday night. They don’t obsessively check their email, and they try not to dwell on work-related issues.
–Reflect: Sunday is a good time to take a step back and catalog your feelings, especially if you are worried or stressed. Buying a journal is a great idea, writing down your thoughts and feelings can help you get to the bottom of your stress. Writing down your thoughts can give you a clearer perspective.
–Eat Healthy: They eat something healthy that will give them natural energy. “Instead, make a healthy meal and enjoy with some herbal tea or some seltzer water with lemon.
–Less Alcohol: It might be tempting to wind down with a couple of glasses of your favorite Cabernet, but the facts are that alcohol is a depressant that will leave you feeling less energized in the morning

-They End Sunday on a High Note: Focus on engaging in positive thinking and reflect on positive experiences before ending your weekend.
